Ingredients
- 2 cups buttermilk or substitute sour milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbs sugar

Instructions
- In a large bowl combine dry ingredients. Whisk inn wet ingredients until combined. Cook on buttered or sprayed griddle until light golden brown and cooked through, flip. Serve with butter and favorite syrup, fruit, whipped cream. Enjoy!
