Fun and festive Halloween ice cream treats using Fat Boy ice cream products!

Ice cream sandwiches don’t have to be limited to a Summer treat. They make the perfect Halloween treat. Just dress them up with some sprinkles and fun marshmallow treats and you have yourself a festive dessert for your Halloween party that everyone will love.
Seriously, how cute are these. I just serve with in some cupcake liners so they are easier to hold. Plus, they are so cute for a photo opp.

Instructions
- Melt chocolate candy melts according to instructions. Using a toothpick deep marshmallows into the melted chocolate and transfer to some parchment paper to dry. While marshmallows are drying you can make the witches hats. Open Oreo cookies and use one half of the cookie as the base of the hat. Using some of the leftover melted chocolate stick one Hershey kiss into the center of the cookie. Pipe around the kiss with some orange cookie icing. Spread some more melted chocolate onto the bottom of the hat and place onto the top of one of the green marshmallows. Once marshmallows are set you can use cookie icing to decorate faces onto the marshmallows. Set aside. Roll ice cream sandwiches on all four sides into your favorite sprinkles, when ready to serve use a lollipop stick (you can find them in baking section) to stick a finished marshmallow into the top of the ice cream sandwich.
