Chocolate Covered Strawberry Ghosts

Delicious, easy to make chocolate covered strawberry ghosts will be a big hit at your Halloween parties.

Halloween brings lots and lots of candy and sweets so I figured it might be nice to have something semi-healthy.  I love white chocolate dipped strawberries and making them into ghosts is so easy to do for Halloween.  Hopefully you can find some good strawberries at your local grocery store that aren’t too expensive at this time of year.

So easy to make.  Wash and dry your strawberries.  Melt your white chocolate (I get my chocolate from Gygi’s, I use their Guittard Vanilla A’Peels).  You can use your favorite chocolate or even the Wilton Candy Melts that you can find here or at places like Walmart and Target. Add your candy eyes to them or use the black frosting for writing to add eyes and a mouth.  Let harden and serve when ready.

I told ya, they are so easy, so fun, and even more fun to make with the kids.  My girls love this chocolate activity.
