Oooh baby I love me some pancakes. I have 4 recipes that I rotate through and this one, oh this sweet cream recipe is a winner every single time. Add a side of bacon and eggs and it is breakfast (or dinner) heaven.
Instead of buttermilk I used heavy cream because it is always in my fridge and heavy cream never lets me down. They are sweet and creamy and melt in your mouth. They are even better than the local diner here where we normally order sweet cream pancakes.

We love these with butter and good old maple syrup. So classic. So delicious. Hope you enjoy them.

Sweet Cream Pancakes
Melt in your mouth pancakes. The only recipe you'll ever need.
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Heat griddle to medium high heat (about 325 degrees) and spray with cooking spray.
Place approximately 1/4 cup of batter on the griddle for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes until little bubbles begin to appear. Flip the pancakes over and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Top the pancakes with butter and maple syrup.
