Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie

This delicious strawberry cheesecake smoothie takes just minutes to make.  It is a great way to start the morning or a tasty treat when you’re craving something sweet but don’t want the extra calories.

I know some of you are still going strong with your New Year’s weight loss goals and there are also some of you who are looking to restart or just start.   I would have to say that I am in the last two boats. I do good for a while and then the next thing I know, I am knee deep in hot fudge. Sometimes it can be so hard when you are wanting to have something that can satisfy your sweet tooth. This is why I like this smoothie.  I feel like I’m drinking a strawberry milkshake. But I’m not.  But sometimes I think I have to trick myself in order to reach my goals.

Smoothies help right?
