Crispy, buttery Belgian Waffles are perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
I don’t know if anyone else is feeling it, but I think I am ready for summer already.  I like looking at the snow, but going outside in it is definitely not my thing.  Warm sunshine and being outside preferably on the side of a swimming pool is more of my jam.  I am also missing all of the summer fruit and berries.  Watermelon, raspberries, strawberries…they all call my name.  The raspberries were calling my name at the grocery store the other day and then I saw the price of them and was like “nah, I’m good”.
I ended up getting the strawberries because I had my nine year old with me and she looked so happy to get them, I just cringed when they rung up. Â So did the cashier. Â However, we did enjoy them tonight with our Belgian Waffles!
Oooh, these waffles are so good.
These waffles are perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. Â They are golden, fluffy and melt in your mouth. Â Top them with syrup, whipping cream and your favorite berries and you are good to go. Â They really are that easy and once you make them, you will no longer want the boxed stuff.
